This app is a limited-functionality version of 'Bucephalas'.
(1) Your journey to go around Knots is recorded in the same manner as the full version, but only those unknotted within 24 hours are shown on the map.
(2) Travel Logs in the Dispelling Mode are recorded only for the first nine fog clusters.
(3) You can chase a Mirage until its grows to Level 10.
(4) A geoglyph draft mode of the rectangular footprints is not available.
Bucephalas Tabula rasa is a free version of this app. You can experience the features of the full version in a real ride using Tabula rasa.
+ Features as a Cycle Computer App
Bucephalas Ephemeral is designed on an assumption that a user's primary transportation device is a bicycle. Therefore, this app has basic features as a cycle computer app.
• A quasi-realtime slope meter using a barometer.
• Auto recording of local minima of slopes.
• Elevation gain, max elevation gain, cumulative elevation gain by using a GPS altimeter or a barometer.
• Heading estimation thad does not use magnetic compass whenever possible.
• Voice navigation to a destination.
• Indicates the direction of a destination by using 3D sounds (stereo sounds).
• Adaptive control of GPS activity depending on the battery level (full-blast mode, high-accuracy mode, power-saving mode, starvation mode, and nirvana mode).

Imagine that someone has drawn a large number of latitudinal and longitudinal lines on the earth. These lines are separated by 1/60 degrees, or 1 minute. The intersections of these lines are called KNOTs.
Your mission is to unknot as many knots as possible.
+ How do you unknot a Knot?
You can unknot a knot by simply approaching within a radius of 50 m of a knot.
+ Gordian Knots
Most knots have fractions in their coordinates. For example, the latitude and longitude of the knot close to Apple Inc. are (+37.33333, -122.03333). However, the coordinates of some knots do not have fractions. Such knots are called Gordian Knots. The Gordian Knot closest to Apple Inc. lies at (+37.00000, -122.00000). Gordian Knots are unknotted in the same manner as ordinary knots.
+ Play Carefully
How many knots can you unknot? However, it should be noted that approaching some knots could be dangerous. So, play this game carefully at your own risk.
+ IMPORTANT
This App uses GPS in the background. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
+ Health Management
This App estimates the magnitude of your physical activity and shows it as METs•Hour (a product of Metabolic Equivalents of tasks and activity duration in hour). The estimated physical activity magnitude can be converted into calories burned. In doing so, this app needs your body mass data and has to communicate with Health App to obtain the data.
Also, this app can export the physical activity recorded in this app to Health app.

1) Added the ability to draw a route. Unlike routes that change dynamically during navigation, fixed, pre-edited routes can be displayed on the map. Such a route is called a course.
(2) The system now recognizes the state of travel by vehicle even when the means of transportation is set to walk/run.
(a) Vehicle: An option when the main mode of transportation is non-human-powered, such as a private car or public transportation. Walking/running is recognized depending on the situation, but if the vehicle travels at a typical jogging speed (6.4 km/h) or faster, it is recognized as traveling by vehicle. Travel by bicycle is not recognized.
(b) Walking/running: Recognition of walking/running is preferred, but movement by vehicle is recognized depending on the situation. Movement by bicycle is not recognized. Actual speed of movement is possible.
(c) Bicycle (no change): Option for travel primarily by bicycle. Recognizes movement on foot/running and movement by vehicle, depending on the situation. Option to suppress recognition of walking/running is available.
(3) [Exercise Time] The physical activity (METs-Hour and kilocalories) displayed in the Session Summary tab is the total amount of activity with a load of 3 METs or more. Starting with this version, the time (Exercise Time) in which that totalization was performed is displayed.
(4) Changed the flick operation to the long press.
The activation method for the following functions has been changed from flicking to long pressing.
(a) To display the current location that was displayed immediately before on the map, long-press the location on/off button.
(b) To immediately iterate route guidance, long-press the route guidance button.
(c) To manually correct the heading direction, long-press the Tracking Mode button.
(5) Heading Estimation Algorithm
Algorithm to compensate for electronic compass and GPS errors has been updated.
(6) Bug fixes
(a) A bug that caused longer travel time than actual to be recorded has been corrected.
(b) Fixed a bug in the path deviation judgment algorithm.
